BYSUJI INSTANT UPMA PREMIX

INGREDIENTS:

Roasted rava (semolina), tempering mix [mustard seeds, refined oil, chana dal, urad dal, peanuts, chillies, curry leaves, turmeric, and salt].

HOW TO MAKE?

Serves 2

1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add 1 cup of Upma Premix and 1 tsp of ghee. Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes.
3. Garnish with lemon juice, coriander leaves, and a little ghee.

Optional: Add boiled vegetables to the water before adding the premix for a Vegetable Upma variation.

Serve hot and ENJOY!
