Where do we deliver?

Our delivery services are powered by Shiprocket, our trusted logistics partner. We extend our delivery services to locations covered by Shiprocket's network.

If your delivery address falls outside Shiprocket's coverage area, please contact us. We'll make special arrangements with alternative logistics partners for an additional fee.


How can I track my order? 

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking reference number via email or Phone Number. You can conveniently track your shipment on our website by visiting the tracking page here. Alternatively, you can directly track your shipment on Shiprocket's website here.

 

Are there any additional shipping charges?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. There are no extra shipping fees for standard delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Typically, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. If you're located in Bangalore, you may receive your order sooner. Metro areas usually receive deliveries within 4 days.

Why can't I use Cash on Delivery (CoD) in my location?

 The availability of Cash on Delivery (CoD) is subject to the discretion of our courier partners. They determine the areas where cash transactions can be accepted upon delivery.
In certain cases, your location might be outside the serviceable CoD area, or your order value may exceed the permissible limit set by our courier partners.

How do I arrange for a return?

Returns are hassle-free. Simply reach out to us to initiate a return request. Once initiated, our team will guide you through the process and arrange for a convenient pick-up time.
