BYSUJI INSTANT PONGAL PREMIX

Ingredients

Moong dal, rice, cashew, jeera, pepper, curry leaves, salt, turmeric, hing, mustard, green chillis.

HOW TO MAKE?

Serves 2

1. Heat 1–2 tsp of ghee in a pan or pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of Pongal Premix and sauté for 1 minute.
2. Add 3 cups of water (use 4 cups for a softer, more liquid consistency) and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
3. Adjust salt if required.

Serve hot with a drizzle of ghee and enjoy!
