BySuji Instant Bisibelebath premix 

Ingredients:

Rice, toor dal, vegetable oil, dehydrated vegetables (beans, carrot, capsicum, and tomato), BisiBeleBath spice blend, curry leaves, cashews, salt, turmeric, asafoetida (hing), and mustard seeds.

HOW TO MAKE?

Optional: Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker or pan. Add 1 cup of Bisibelebath Premix and roast for 1 minute.

1. Add 3 cups of hot water to 1 cup of Bisibelebath Premix.
2. Pressure Cooker: Cook for 3 whistles.
3. Open Pan: Cook for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestion

Garnish with boondi or sev and serve hot.
