BYSUJI INSTANT AVALAKKI PREMIX

INGREDIENTS:

Poha (flattened rice), peanuts, dehydrated onion, coriander, cashews, salt, curry leaves, sugar, green chillies, chana dal, urad dal, cumin (jeera), mustard seeds, and turmeric

HOW TO MAKE?

Serves 1

• Add 1 cup of hot boiled water to ½ cup of Poha Premix.
• Mix gently and set aside for 10–15 minutes.

Optional: Garnish with fresh coriander, ½ tsp lemon juice, and grated coconut.

Serve hot and enjoy!
