Ingredients: Raw Rice, Urad dal, Methi, Poha

HOW TO MAKE:
1. To 1 cup Idli premix 
2. Add 1.5 cup of water and mix until smooth. (No lumps.)
3. Cover and ferment for 8-10 hours (overnight).
4. Steam for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot with BySuji Tiffin Sambar.

Shelf life: 6-8 Months
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Once opened, store it in refrigerator and use PROMPTLY :)
